Template terms for launch preparation. Final company details, jurisdiction, liability language, and consumer-law requirements need legal review.
Scope — business customers only
cluein.me is offered exclusively to entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB (Unternehmer) — freelancers, agencies and companies acting in the course of their trade or profession. It is not offered to consumers. The statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts with consumers (§§ 312g, 355 BGB) therefore does not apply. The 14-day refund below is a voluntary commercial promise, not a statutory right.
Service
cluein.me provides a SaaS workspace for designers and agencies to collect project briefings, files, approvals, and handoff exports through client portals.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed per organization through Stripe. Plan limits are enforced server-side and may affect projects, clients, storage, portal links, custom templates, and AI scoring.
Trial and cancellation
When a paid subscription ends, workspaces enter a grace or read-only period instead of an immediate hard cutoff. Data export remains available during the retention window.
Refund policy
Public launch policy: customers may request a refund within 14 days of their first paid subscription charge if the product does not meet their workflow needs.
Acceptable use
Users may not upload unlawful content, malware, credentials, or data they are not authorized to process. Client passwords and credentials must never be stored in cluein.me.
